Fees and charges

My fees cover the cost of meeting rooms, professional indemnity insurance, my preparation time and the consultation.

Initial phone contact

As a first point of contact, a 15 min FREE phone call is offered.

Assessment / Follow up sessions

Following the initial phone call , face to face sessions are held on a weekly basis, at a regular time-slot and are 50 min long. The cost is £120 per session.

Payment

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the completion of each session via bank transfer. There is also the option of paying for a block of sessions in advance or setting up a direct debit.

I am registered with the following insurance companies:

  • AXA PPP Healthcare
  • Aviva
  • Aetna Global
  • Cigna
  • Vitality

You should check to see whether you have private medical insurance that will cover the costs of my services. My provider numbers are available upon request.

Policy for cancellations and missed appointments

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a session please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel a session with less than 24-hours’ notice or you do not show up for the session, you will be expected to cover the fees of the session in full. If you cancel with 24 hours (or more) notice you will not be charged and we will re-schedule our appointment.
